I have worked in customer service for over thirty years. I enjoy helping people and getting to know them. I have been in a managerial role for over five years. This position has allowed me to listen to what people are saying and to have empathy. I am also able to have difficult conversations when needed and handle conflict. My professional strengths are also a plus when I need to communicate with customers.
